BlackBerry 6720 este un telefon al anului 2003, cu aspect de agendă electronică şi pare un device destinat conferinţelor audio sau video. Terminalul dispune de o tastatură QWERTY cu butoane bine delimitate, dar şi de un ecran monocrom de 3 inch, cu rezoluţie de 160 x 160 pixeli. La bord se afla BlackBerry OS, 1 MB RAM şi 16 MB stocare.
